EPK-500A series is suitable for: sedible fungi, fruits and vegetables, frozen products,baking, medicine, pre-made vegetables and other products packaging.

CHARACTERISTICS

1.Features

Four Servo motors driven, identify the length of the package according to the size of the product, and adjust the package length automatically;
With Automatic smart belt, that driven by two sets of servo motors, jsut put the vegetables on the belt then packing;
High sensitivity optical fiber sensors, accurate sense the product position, to make sure cut the bag length precisely;
Film holder with auto centering device,easy to hang up the film roll and convenient to operate;
Head sealing anti-aircraft bag device;
Supply conveyor belt standard length 2 meters(can also be customized);
Packing material: OPP, CPP, blank film with or without light eyes are applicable;
Three-side exhaust function, leakage detector vacuum-80KPA orabove;
Anti-cut mushrooms, feeding precision,product not misplaced, exhaust device.
